1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services, applications, and games provided by Beijing Qiji Shengshi Cultural Technology Co., Ltd ("Qiji Shengshi", "we", "us"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Business Cooperation Framework

Qiji Shengshi operates under three primary business models, each subject to specific contractual agreements:

• Project Operation: Qiji Shengshi acts as the operator for third-party mobile products. Cooperation details (revenue share, marketing budget, duration) are governed by the specific *Operation Service Agreement*.
• Project R&D: Customized development services are provided based on the *Technical Development Outsourcing Agreement*, which defines milestones, delivery standards, and intellectual property (IP) transfer terms.
• Self-Developed Operations: Our proprietary products are provided to users under the standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

All formal business partnerships must be initiated via wangxingkai@qijishengshi.com and finalized with a written contract bearing the company seal.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated in a specific cooperation agreement, all software, designs, trademarks, and content produced by Qiji Shengshi remain our exclusive property. Unauthorized use, reverse engineering, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

4. In-App Monetization & Payments

Our products include various monetization models (Subscriptions, VIP, IAP, Ads). Payments are processed via third-party stores (Apple/Google). Users must comply with those platforms' terms. Any payment disputes regarding in-app items should be directed to the respective platform provider.

5. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Qiji Shengshi is committed to resolving disputes amicably. In the event of a legal disagreement:

• Amicable Negotiation: Parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through friendly consultation for a period of 30 days.
• Governing Law: These terms and any business cooperation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
• Jurisdiction: If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the People's Courts of Beijing, China (where the company is registered).

6. Limitation of Liability

Qiji Shengshi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, except where prohibited by law.
